Use of our services and site are at your own discretion. At no time will Cosmetic Stability Testing Australia or its owners be held liable for loses occurred from using our services. Our services are provided to give a more in-depth view of the cosmetic products provided to us and for reassurance that future cosmetics with the same formula may pass our tests. Passing our tests are not a guarantee that in the future your cosmetics will always pass stability conditions due to large contributing factors being involved.

If at any time you are concerned about our services providing adequate evidence that you have taken due diligence to protect you in an event of an incident or insurance claim we recommend consulting independent legal advice prior to using our services.
